The Welcome Desk team were amazing. No matter which shift I encountered, everyone was consistently helpful, friendly, and attentive. They were by far the best part of my stay at the hotel.

The worst part of the stay was definitely the housekeeping. Cleaning did not always take place on the agreed days, and on one occasion, several wet, used towels were left on top of my luggage and forgotten there. I can only hope they were my towels. On another day, I found what appeared to be green phlegm in the sink, which was particularly unpleasant. And, as a final touch, we even had a large cockroach make an appearance in the room. Breakfast was also very inconsistent. The selection is very basic and standard, but the bigger issue is that availability seems to be a lottery. Some days everything was available, while on others basic items such as juice or muffins had already run out. I did try to escalate these issues during my stay, but unfortunately, I only received a message from the General Manager about a week later asking whether the problems had been resolved. By that point, I had already checked out. I explained that I had left the hotel, but that I would definitely be documenting my experience. Overall, there were some positive aspects to the stay, but the housekeeping and inconsistent breakfast service significantly affected my experience.
