“Very disappointing checkout experience”

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was spoiled by the way I was treated during checkout. The receptionist was extremely rude and disrespectful, and made me wait unnecessarily during the checkout process without providing any reasonable explanation. I found his attitude completely unprofessional and lacking in basic courtesy. His name starts with V, an Indian guy, so management should be able to identify the staff member involved and review what happened. I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously, as guests should be treated with respect, especially during something as simple as checking out.
