“Brilliant hotel with friendly staff.”
The facilities, the staff & the breakfast were brilliant. So much choice for the breakfast buffet. The staff were super friendly on our arrival & the hotel was absolutely beautiful.
The location of the property was quite a walk to most areas but I don’t think this is a hotel specific issue, I think this is more that Madrid is quite a spread out city.

“Hermoso hotel con excelente desayuno”
Las habitaciones conjuntas son muy lindas, proveen café en cápsula y té gratis, con todas las comodidades. El desayuno superó nuestras expectativas, y quiero destacar la muy buena atención de los empleados, los cuales fueron extremandamente amables.
