“overall it’s comfy and strategic location but service wasn’t the best”

the location is good, close to the airport, breakfast was pretty fancy and lots of options, pool was nice

my stay was unfortunately disappointing due to several issues with the room and the service. when we arrived, the room had two broken light fixtures, and despite booking a room with two beds, we were only provided with two towels. i called the front desk to request maintenance and additional towels, but after waiting nearly 30 minutes with no response, i had to call a second time before someone finally came to assist us. most of the staff were courteous and helpful, which i appreciated. however, one hispanic front desk employee who wears glasses was rude and condescending when i asked a simple question. his attitude made the interaction unpleasant and did not reflect the level of customer service i expected. i hope management addresses these maintenance issues and ensures that all staff provide timely service and treat guests with professionalism and respect.

The shuttle didn’t start running until 4:30 in the morning, but they helped us line up earlier transportation
