Location. How quickly room was ready. Staff and food.

The only minor issue was the morning teacher left we had planned to have a lazy morning and had been disturbed with drilling from early on.

Rooms really clean Breakfast was excellent Good location

This closely located to Kings Cross/St Pancras area so easy to walk over from the train and subway. A great lobby with a large restaurant is classy and modern at the same time. We had a classic king room on a lower floor and the room was large for London hotel rooms.

Not sure why 1 elevator was down during our full stay, which did cause some delay, but we survived.
