The location

Things I Did Not Like About the Hotel * The cleanliness of the room was very poor. There was still hair from previous guests on the bed, which was very disappointing and unacceptable. * The swimming pool towels were very dirty and did not appear to be clean. * The staff were not cooperative regarding our check-out request. We wanted to extend the check-out time to after 2:00 PM, as Friday prayers finish around 1:00 PM and there is usually heavy traffic on the roads afterward. We expected the hotel to be more understanding and accommodating regarding this request. * Overall, the cleanliness and level of customer service did not meet our expectations.

“Pleasant Stay in Business Bay”

The was really nicely decorated. I like the wooden floor in the hotel room. The wi-fi was fast and accessible everywhere in the hotel. The breakfast had enough choices with good quality of food. The staff was very helpful.
