Staff repeatedly described as amazing, professional, friendly and attentive; butler and dining service highlighted as exceptional despite some wear in elevators/furnishings.

Beautiful grounds and serene setting noted by many; however several guests mentioned there is no swimming in the ocean/limited beach access and some logistical inconveniences for deliveries.

Mixed feedback: many rooms are brand-new and well-kept, but multiple guests reported uncomfortable beds, leaking/wet walls, noisy maintenance and some old or worn furniture in parts of the property.

Strong amenities including pools, swim-up bar, multiple dining venues and access to sister properties; some cabanas and specific facilities reported as needing better maintenance.

Generally seen as good value given the high-quality service and dining, though some guests expected better mattresses/furnishings or were frustrated by delivery restrictions which slightly reduced perceived value.

Many glowing comments about the restaurants (Peninsula, Pescados, Cibola, Siempre) and overall food quality; a few guests wanted more variety in the main restaurant or preferred offerings at sister resorts.
