Everything about this experience was terrible. When we arrived at the apartment, we never received the access code needed to open the door. We immediately tried contacting the owner, but he completely ignored our messages and calls. As a result, I spent almost three hours on the phone with Booking.com customer support trying to resolve the situation. What makes this even more unbelievable is that the owner later claimed he couldn’t find my reservation, even though just one day before our arrival he had contacted me and asked me to complete the online check-in. So he was clearly aware of our booking. Because of this complete lack of communication and professionalism, we were left stranded outside with nowhere to stay and had to find another place to sleep in Málaga at the last minute. This caused us a lot of unnecessary stress, wasted time, and additional expenses. I strongly do not recommend this accommodation. If you want a reliable host and a stress-free stay, book somewhere else.
