Rustic Mexican feel, not fancy but beautiful. Great views of the beach even though room was far from it. The room is spacious and very convenient kitchen Having 2 bathrooms is a plus when traveling with girls.
AC was never under 25 Celsius and some nights it will go up to 26 or 27 in the main bedroom. Asked staff to fix twice but it never really got much cooler.

La cama esta muy dura y la música que ponen surante el día en las albercas es muy alta. La playa del hotel es de fuerte oleaje no apta para nadar

Absolutely brilliant property from a location stand point and even the rooms are huge. However it's expensive. Drinks in the swim up bar etc are not cheap. Was hoping for a sea view room, but got a partial sea view.
We got multiple follow ups to attend the presentation and in return they offered a one time complementary breakfast, which didn't make sense for the kind of time they wanted from the guests. They also need more vegetarian/ vegan options in the resort, very low on that. Hence we didn't pick the all inclusive. Overall very expensive but beautiful property.

Most of the staff were great, we had one or two problems with the bar staff being quite rude after asking for a glass of water instead of bottled water
