PARKING: Please note the parking lot closure from July 20, 2026 to September 12, 2026. CLEANING: Please note that towels and bed linen are changed every 4 days. Guests are kindly asked to clean the kitchen before departure. A free cleaning kit with the essentials is provided. SERVICES: A baby kit suitable for children under 2 years and weighing less than 15 kg, is available on request. The kit includes a cot with 1 bed sheet and a high chair for infants aged from 6 months old. Extra charges applied (from 35€) *Important: It is not allowed to exceed the apartment’s maximum capacity with a baby. Babies makes part of the total capacity. On the same line, it would be possible to add a baby cot as long as the capacity of the room is a maximum of 3 people, resulting in a maximum of 4 persons in total when including the baby. When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge applies: 15 EUR per pet and per day. Please note that pets weighing less than 25 kg are allowed. (1 pet per apartment). BOOKING CONDITIONS: When booking more than 4 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Please note that the service charge (1€) applies to all bookings and it is not refundable. "When travelling with pets....": You must present the animal passport and the anti-rabies certificate upon arrival.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
