In order to have more information in how to access the property when the reception is closed, please make sure to contact the reception in advanced. CLEANING: Please note that towels and bed linen are changed every 4 days. Guests are kindly asked to clean the kitchen before departure. A free cleaning kit with the essentials is provided. SERVICES: A baby kit suitable for children under 2 years and weighing less than 15 kg, is available on request. The kit includes a cot with 1 bed sheet and a high chair for infants aged from 6 months old. Extra charges applied (from 35€) *Important: It is not allowed to exceed the apartment’s maximum capacity with a baby. Babies makes part of the total capacity. On the same line, it would be possible to add a baby cot as long as the capacity of the room is a maximum of 3 people, resulting in a maximum of 4 people in total when including the baby. When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge applies: 15 EUR per pet and per day. Please note that pets weighing less than 25 kg are allowed. (1 pet per apartment). BOOKING CONDITIONS: When booking more than 4 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Please note that the service charge (1€) applies to all bookings and it is not refundable. "When traveling with pets....": You must present the animal passport and the anti-rabies certificate upon arrival. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. If you require an invoice when booking a prepaid rate, write this and your company details in the Special Requests box. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

Children and extra bed policy

Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for € 3 per person per night when using an available cot. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
