En este alojamiento no se pueden celebrar despedidas de soltero o soltera ni fiestas similares. Informa a Picú Home con antelación de tu hora prevista de llegada. Para ello, puedes utilizar el apartado de peticiones especiales al hacer la reserva o ponerte en contacto directamente con el alojamiento. Los datos de contacto aparecen en la confirmación de la reserva. Las personas menores de 18 años solo pueden alojarse si van acompañadas de alguno de sus progenitores o tutores legales. At the time of confirming the reservation, payment of a security deposit will be requested. Please note thar for group reservations and/or on high occupancy dates, a damage deposit of €200 per apartment will be requested upon arrival. It will be paid in cash and will be returned upon check-out once the accommodation has been reviewed. A deposit may be required at the property.
