We have stayed in many hotels in NYC and this is one of the best. The quality is outstanding, particularly for the price. It has the style and atmosphere of a small boutique hotel -- the rooms are very clean and staff goes out of their way to help you. I have gone with my husband, and also for a girls weekend, and the stay was excellent for all visits. The on-site restaurant and roof top bar are great, and you can walk to several excellent coffee shops. It is on a quiet street and walkable or convenient to both uptown and downtown locations. Most impressively, I left my laptop in the room on a recent visit and they e-mailed me almost immediately that had it safe and had it back to me with two days. A very high level pf customer service!
