Hotel was beautiful, ride to and from the airport was very smooth. Calling uber is very efficient. Staff were friendly and kind, but see below for my comments regarding the actual service. The fire show at night was amazing.

This is the WORST all inclusive I have ever been to in Cabo. I've been to Secrets, LeBlanc, and Dreams multiple times, and I will NEVER return to Paradisus. The staff were friendly, but the overall service was the worst I've ever seen, especially for the price that was just slightly lower than Secrets. At check in, I was promised a bottle of champagne, which never arrived. During my first lunch, I realized that my all inclusive did not include top shelf liquor, so I felt extremely sick and was spinning after 1 margarita with cheap liquor. Only the concierge class allows you top shelf, which was not clear at all when booking. Never experienced this at other resorts. It was a friend's big birthday trip, and the rest of the group paid extra for concierge service, and they waited over an hour just to get checked in. It was also their first experience with all inclusive in Mexico and they said the service was horrible. Birthday girl's ocean view room was actually looking over the concrete roof of the restaurant. ***The POOL service was pretty much non existent. Most of the time, there were no servers walking around. When one did come, we had to order a bunch of drinks at once knowing that it'll take forever for someone else to come by. I feel this is a management issue with short staffing maybe to save money, but for almost $900 for 2 nights for myself I did not feel this was worth it at all. Even at restaurants we were not checked in on after our food arrived. I brought so much money to tip with and I couldn't even find staff to tip, so I tipped the mini bar restocker for some extra M&Ms.

Lunch and dinner was not the best,I also didn’t like the presentation person, my finance and I told her no multiply times that we didn’t want to sign up for the traveling credit or whatever it was and she wouldn’t take no for a answer. I eventually told my fiancé let’s go because I was getting annoyed.

The resort was well manicured, and food was great. The staff was very helpful and friendly, especially Oswald. He was there for our every need. The swim up bar at the pool was also lovely.

Having to leave and return home.
