Paradisus Cancún is an amazing place. Atilano gave us excellent service at the blueagave resteruant. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. They are all hard workers and always have smiles on their faces. We felt at home throughout our week long stay here and I would highly recommend coming for a relaxing and fun time with friends and family!

Alejandro, Candy, and Rodolfo in Gastro Hall were absolutely amazing! They were always incredibly kind, welcoming, and made sure to put a smile on everyone’s faces each morning. Their service was consistently excellent, and they were always attentive and on top of everything. Alejandro at the Café was also superb and provided outstanding service. Antonio at the pool bar was incredibly quick and efficient with every order, making drinks with both speed and care. The atmosphere at this hotel is truly amazing, and everyone we encountered was wonderful. However, these five employees really stood out to me and made our experience even more special. They deserve so much recognition for their exceptional service and hospitality!
