Great hotel for our 40th wedding celebration as the moment we arrived till we left we were treated very special and was upgraded with great room overseeing London Went out for the night and when we came back the bed had been turned down which was a pleasant surprise Only thing that let us down was breakfast in the morning as everything is on order as I had to wait for coffee and a machine where you help yourself would be perfect Would definitely stay here again as just across the road from Liverpool Street station and location is spot on

I went to the Pan Pacific London for my birthday and they literally made everything perfect. From the staff, to the warm welcome, the cleaness of the room, the 24/7 room service, the luxury of all type of services and the continuous care they provide for their customers. I was literally a dream. I am glad I chose this type of 5* hotel for my birthday. It is a perfect property for a staycation.
