“Great customer service. No complaints about the hotel itself.”

Clean, customer service was great. Housekeeping was top tier. The bar had good daily deals.

I did not like Brass Fork restaurant due to limitations. The room service prices are very expensive. The china mama restaurant is super expensive. I did not get a chance to go to the Oyster Bar because the line was always long. For security, I did not get carded until three days later which is a concern for safety. I do not know if it’s on certain days.

“Okay for a short trip but becomes pricey due to resort fees.”

The location and access to the pool that my child enjoyed.

I did not like that the day i got there the elevator was not working and this occurred about two days in a row. Also, the resort fees are a lot-that cuts into what I can do for my son after paying for accommodations limited.
