“Pleasant Home”

The house was nice. Rooms accommodated my family. Rove customer service representative was extremely helpful due to the issues l had within the home. One of the beds had a broken frame on the day of Check-ln. The bed was fixed the next day.

The A/C NOT working. 91 degrees outside. Maintenance worker came and fixed the issue stating it would take time for the A/C to cool the entire home. He set it to the wrong temperature. Contacted customer service and they helped me set it to the correct temperature. We arrived on Saturday (08/15) and the house didn't get cool until Sunday (08/16). The Pool and Pool area had a lot of leaves and bird droppings. My husband cleaned some of the area. To our dismay - somebody came and cleaned the pool the day of Check-Out. We had a late Check-Out, so we're still on the property.

How well equipped it was

The property was definitely 10 out of 10. The pool is beautiful. The home is extremely beautiful. The master suite is definitely a 10 out of 10. Just a couple of ideas. Definitely need to upgrade the couch in the living room. The sofa bed was not working/broken.

It wasn’t much that we didn’t like about the property. We did have an issue, but it was taken care of in a timely manner, and I did respect the way to handle everything. After fact so other than the sofa in the living room just needs to be replaced.
