Guests must present a valid photo ID and a physical credit card upon check‑in. The name on the credit card must match the guest checking in. Guests must be at least 18 years old to check in. Guests under 18 may only check in if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A USD 50 security deposit is required upon arrival and must be placed on a physical credit card in the guest’s name. The cardholder must be present at check‑in. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days after check‑out, subject to a property inspection. Parking is available for one vehicle at USD 12 plus tax per night. Any additional vehicle or parking space will be charged USD 20 plus tax per night. A USD 10 plus tax resort fee per night applies. A continental breakfast is included and served daily from 07:30 to 10:30. Early check‑in may be available for an additional fee and is subject to availability. Guests planning to arrive outside regular check‑in hours must notify the property in advance. Beach Access: Public beach access is conveniently located on Flamingo Road, less than an 8‑minute walk from the property. Shuttle Service: Shuttle service is not complimentary and must be scheduled in advance by calling 954‑568‑6011. Please note that dogs will incur an additional charge of USD 25 per stay per dog. Please note that a maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per room. Please note that the property can only accommodate pets with a maximum weight of 18 kg or less.
