All the staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, they have great variety. The room is clean and very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a nice stay in Taksim. Also the location is very convenient!
Overall, It was a good experience. I didn’t encounter anything I disliked.

I had a wonderful stay at Occidental Taksim. Everything was excellent, from the comfortable accommodations to the delicious breakfast. The staff made my visit especially memorable by celebrating my birthday, which was such a thoughtful and lovely surprise. The reception team was fantastic, especially Sarya and Zeynep, who were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Their outstanding service made me feel truly valued as a guest. I highly recommend Occidental Taksim and would happily stay here again!
