“Tropical Oasis”

First night had a little issue as my room was in the 21+ side (goldspike) I was with my minor son 17, wasn't sure we would get a room. We were driving 10+ hours from Albuquerque New Mexico to Las Vegas, and needed rest. Angel was very very helpful. She did all she could and got us a room!!!! Clean room, huge restroom also clean, comfy beds!!! We loved it. I booked a 2 night stay, so when check in for the Oasis (family friendly) came around they accommodated us, no problem!!! Will be booking again!!!

Parking! Because I was checking in late, and it was a Saturday night, Fremont was packed!!!! No parking at all. Found a parking spot in the 3rd parking lot, which is a pay to park. I went to move my car at 8:30 a.m Sunday morning and had a ticket..🤦🏼‍♀️😬 moved closer to the oasis and stood parked. Wish they had private parking for hotel guest only!!

The room was clean and comfortable.

The dead bolt did not lock, the strike plate needed adjusting--which made me uneasy. I called to see if someone could fix it and was told maintenance was not available (it was night). This is kind of an important item.
