Great stay with excellent service and breakfast! We had a wonderful stay at the Novotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 20. Here is a quick breakdown of our experience: Location: The hotel is located about a 10-minute walk from both the MRT and BTS stations, making it very convenient to get around. Plus, their complimentary Tuk-Tuk service works flawlessly and makes the trip even easier. Service: The check-in and check-out processes were incredibly smooth and efficient. The entire staff is very attentive, welcoming, and friendly. Rooms: The rooms are very well furnished and comfortable. You can see some minor signs of wear and tear here and there, but nothing that takes away from the overall comfort. Breakfast: The breakfast buffet is fantastic—very diverse, international, and offers something for every taste. Overall, a highly recommended place to stay in Bangkok!
