“Novotel Pratunam is the best location for shopping in Bangkok!”
We like the it was convenient to use the Skywalk to go to the other malls or to the BTS from Novotel. We are also familiar with the Platinum shopping mall, so it was a plus that its just an escalator away from Novotel The rooms are clean. We were provided with what we needed, maybe not right away, but they managed to give to it to us. We like the free drinking water in the room. The AC was running well. We did not have breakfast at the hotel. so we can't really give any feedback regarding this.
We liked it a lot that we plan to use or stay in the same hotel the next time we plan another trip to Bangkok.
