Lovely property, friendly and welcoming staff, well located. Clean, great byredo bath products, lavazza coffee in the room, and a lot of drinking water. Great bar in the hotel.

Biggest issue is that i could hear the people in their rooms on my floor, it felt like the rooms are less soundproof. Rooms are on the smaller side.

The hotel has a excelent location in old town Palma, perfect for visiting the city. the palace is divine, combining modern and original style.
