“Warm and welcoming stay in a wonderful location to visit Palma.”

Fabulous location. This really is a boutique hotel with staff that make you feel welcome. Santi (?) on reception was excellent.

The staff was extremely helpful, especially Ivan - bringing coffee to the table, having a great attention to details and be very pleasant. The greeting team very informative, giving us a “room tour” explanation. Every evening a message on a card and chocolates - very thoughtful gestures.

Everything was perfect. The location is right in the middle of the old town. Luxury feel to our stay without braking the bank…(too much)

Would have loved to have access to a pool at the property - specially with the heat wave happening during our stay.

Hotel molto elegante, pulito e ben curato nei dettagli, con un ambiente accogliente che mi ha fatta sentire come a casa. Il personale è gentile, cordiale, accogliente, professionale e sempre disponibile. La posizione è centrale e permette di raggiungere facilmente a piedi le principali attrazioni della città. Sono rimasta davvero soddisfatta del mio soggiorno.
