“Very nice hotel”

Very nice hotel just outside the wall in NE Rome. We booked through Booking.com and our friends did not. We had a bigger room, and many more bathroom amenities than they did. Nice staff. Fabrizio in the restaurant was especially nice. He corked a bottle of wine we purchased elsewhere and offered me a sample of a red ale which was delightful. Nice covered patio outside; would have been more enjoyable had we not been there during the heat wave!

The room was spacious.

The bed was a bit stiff. The location was a bit farther from the sites than I was expecting, which is my own fault. Many of the services they offer cost extra. The accomodations are fine just not a luxury stay.

A very special thank you to Francesco, who went above and beyond to make both me and my service dog, Chepe, feel genuinely welcome and cared for. His warmth, professionalism, and attention to every little detail made all the difference. The entire Guest Relations team consistently exceeded our expectations, making every interaction feel personal and effortless. It’s rare to find people who create such a memorable experience. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend nhow to anyone visiting Rome. Thank you, Francesco and the whole team, for making our trip so special!
