A recepcionista que nos recebeu não nos explicou rigorosamente nada. Simplesmente deu nos os cartões dos quartos e deu nos as boas vindas. Nao sabíamos qual o andar dos quartos, onde tomávamos os pequenos almoços os horários, onde estava a piscina. Além disso muito frio na zona da recepção e all de elevadores. O pequeno almoço também deixou a desejar, em três dias apanhamos ovos mexidos frios ou com muita ‘água’

“A great hotel for a stay in beautiful Seville”

A great hotel situated on the edge of the Old Town. The communal areas of the hotel were spacious and airy with a nice lounge area for chilling. There was also an indoor bar and restaurant on the ground floor plus an outside terrace if you were up to braving the heat. Our twin-bedded room was spacious and had everything we needed for a 5 night stay including a great coffee maker, plus the shower was the best we have had in a hotel in a long time. We didn´t have breakfast included but did have it on our first morning at an additional cost and it was lovely. I asked one of the staff if we could have some cava as it was my sister´s birthday and not only did they provide this but they also came out with a small cake with a candle for her and sang Happy Birthday. The hotel also brought a cake and flowers to our room later in the day which was a really nice touch. As I said, the hotel was on the edge of the Old Town but it was within walking distance to the Centre plus there was public transport nearby and also taxis available outside the hotel. Another reason for choosing this hotel was that it had a rooftop swimming pool and bar which, in the Seville heat, was wonderful. Whilst the pool wasn´t the biggest, it was sufficient for a dip and, having a large terrace and a bar, it was a perfect way to spend the afternoon after sightseeing. We would definitely stay at this hotel again if we were going back to Seville.
