I had to book my stay as 2 separate stays, for 2 days and 8 days, rather than a consecutive 10 days, because of an issue on booking.com that made it look like you did not have availability for the whole stretch from July 31 to August 10, though you did, and I didn't even have to switch rooms. That might be more of an issue with booking.com rather than your hotel, though.
