“Amazing location”
Clean , location in the middle of Times Square , they did not charge us for the one hour late check out (we checked out at 1 instead of 12 ).
Although the hotel provides free water in the lobby, they do not provide any water in the rooms. As I would expect from a 5-star hotel, I believe the service should be enhanced. If the hotel wants to protect the environment, they could provide refillable glass water bottles in the rooms and refill them daily. Additionally, the reception staff were a little rude and not very friendly. Overall, I am used to the high-quality service in Dubai, and compared to the rest of our trip in the USA, the level of service here did not meet the same standards
