“Impressive place”

Ambiance, decor, rooftop pool at sunset

Had minor issue with hot water however the amazing Ana, quickly remedied the situation.

Le plus bel hôtel où nous avons séjourné. Luxe, beaucoup de gout dans la décoration, terrasse magnifique avec piscine privative. Personnel très sympa et arrangeant.

“Has the “wow” factor but lacks the authenticity”

(Superficially) very upscale in appearance. Beds were comfortable and all king size. Pool table downstairs was fun, and the rooftop pool too.

Access was through huge mud puddles and minimal parking available. No hot water. Tepid showers at best. Water pressure was often almost non-existent. Had to pay if you needed extra t.p. Kitchen amenities were basic. Only a “pod” coffee maker and only 6 pods provided. Extras cost ~ $4 cdn each!
