Location of the hotel and proximity to so many places of my interest. Staff were super professional and friendly too.
How tight the rooms were. It felt like I was living in a dormitory.

We have stayed here many times before because of the location,that is, the transport links and the shopping. We go to the theatre district and it’s very easy to get there by tube from Stratford. The room is big enough for a few days holidays and the bathroom is very nice.

“Good hotel for O2 concerts good transport links”
Perfect for a one night stay for the O2. Everything you could need and near to Stratford station and shopping. Welcome drink was a nice touch!
Is what you pay for not added frills. Didn’t have breakfast due to it being very pricey for a family of four (older children at adult prices)
