I didn't like the fact that they were other guests who were banging on the walls all night all day when complain to the staff nobody did anything and they continue to bang on walls stomp and honk horns from the room above me from the room to the left of me they were getting the car blaster music the female and the male next door would literally bang on the wall so hard that it woke me up the above neighbors or people would stomp on the floor so hard that I'm surprised nobody else had complained when complaining to stop nobody did a thing and she just looked at me like oh well that's what that's just the way it goes

Front desk girls need to work on their customer service. I was not greeted or welcomed as I came in and only looked at me when I checked in. They did the same thing as I checked out. The one girl was more focused on flirting and joking around with the person that was on the lobby while I was trying to check out.
