Mosaic Hotel Beverly Hills

Unfortunately, I didn’t have the best experience here. I was charged around $150 more than expected when I arrived, and even though the difference wasn’t huge, it was still quite unpleasant to suddenly be charged extra. The situation was never properly explained or resolved. There were also a few inconveniences with the room. I was placed on a floor with no elevator, so I had to carry my heavy suitcase up one flight of stairs myself. The view from the room was also not particularly nice, and there was a noticeable damp/musty smell in the room, which wasn’t very pleasant. Overall, the stay was okay, but these things definitely affected my experience.

“Personnel incompétent”

Le personnel a prélèver deux fois le montant de la caution et n'a pas voulu me remettre l'argent. J'ai dû faire intervenir plusieurs managers pour qu'on puisse enfin me faire le remboursement. Ils ont d'abord nié leur erreur (peut-être une techinque de scam de la part de l'employé qui a prelèver une deuxième fois) mais quoi qu'il en soit, il n'ont pas géré de façon professionnelle cette situation. Au final, ils m'ont remboursé apès avoir exprimé mon mécontentement avec fermeté.

Honestly, the only thing good about this hotel is the location.

Just to note, this is the first time i've ever gone out of my way to write a review! When i was researching this hotel i noticed a few bad reviews and thought that maybe those people were disgruntled for whatever reason. They were completely accurate though. The hallways had an awful smell. The showers were disgusting as were the bathrooms overall. The carpet had brown stains. The walls had stains all over them. When i told the staff, they basically did nothing about it. Absolutely would not stay there again.
