From the moment I arrived at the Mondrian Mexico City Condesa until the moment I checked out, I felt genuinely welcomed and valued. This is far more than just a beautiful hotel, it is an experience created by an exceptional team of people who clearly care about every guest. A special thank you to Jany, Albania, and Mike, who went above and beyond throughout my stay. Their professionalism, warmth, kindness, and genuine desire to help made all the difference. They are a true credit to the Mondrian brand!! The hotel itself is stunning. The rooms are stylish, comfortable, and impeccably maintained. The location in Condesa is perfect, with fantastic restaurants, cafés, and parks all within walking distance. Every detail, from the atmosphere to the service, exceeded my expectations. I’ve stayed in many hotels around the world, and it’s the people who make the biggest difference. The team at the Mondrian has mastered the art of hospitality, making every guest feel like family. “My Recent Experience at the Mondrian CDMX Condesa”

I am going to write an honest opinion related to my recent trip to this hotel and why in my opinion I believe it deserves 5 stars. Let's start with the basics, the hotel is neat, clean, organized, presentable, friendly, easy check in, all the things you would expect. What sets this place apart is the service, the service is beyond exceptional. Especially, I'd like to point out the concierge, they go above and beyond to make sure you feel at home, but that you also have everything you need to have a pleasant stay. Additionally, the restaurant in the hotel called La Terraza is exceptional in terms of service and food. I'd like to personally recommend and mention Angela Gomez, her magnificent and dedicated attention to detail made my stay pleasant, stress free, and enjoyable. Other exceptional individuals include Daniel A., Marco L., and Alison A. I highly recommend this place as you will find that your stay is just as unique as mine!
