Millennium Hotel Broadway Times Square

“Disappointing”

The location is good for someone coming to manhattan for the first time, its close to all main attractions. However i wouldnt stay here again, extremely noisy and crowded

The hotel was not very clean, and really run down. The pictures of the rooms on booking.com are not like reality. No lobby, no breakfast even tho when i booked it said “breakfast included” no basic items in the room like what is usually found in a hotel.. even the quality of hand soap in the bathroom is realllly bad it doesn't even foam!! Corridor is noisy couldn’t sleep well you can hear everything happening in the corridor. The “lobby” is more like a corridor where annnyy one can pass through not just hotel residents, it smelled like Urine. The windows in the rooms are not noise cancelling at all, so make sure to book highest floor.

Shower water pressure was amazing! Staff were all very nice. Location is great.

Bathroom door hits the toilet & would stick, no coffee maker, the 1st night it smelled like a smoker had previously been in there. It's just very dated. But for the price, it's hard to complain..But we most likely won't stay there again.
