Although there is no reception, someone is always available on WhatsApp and explains everything clearly. The location is excellent. It is very close to both the metro and train station, making it easy to get around the city. There is also a Carrefour Express supermarket right in front of the apartment, which is very convenient. There was an issue in the bathroom, and after I messaged them, they fixed it quickly. The apartment is cleaned every two days. They also sent detailed videos explaining everything, including the check-in process, arrival instructions, transportation, and how to access the apartment. They were very helpful with anything we needed.

The only downside was the luggage storage. We wanted to leave our bags after check-out, but they told us the free luggage storage was about a 14-minute walk from the apartment, or we could leave them at the train station for a fee.
