“Good pre-cruise stay”
Room was clean and sufficient. Bed was comfortable. Nice clean gym. We got breakfast from the little store on site, which had a small kitchen in the back. This suited us well. Dinner at the restaurant was ok.
The line at check-in was terribly long, and staff didn't seem to recognise the need to bring more clerks to the desk.

This is now one of my favorite hotels in Miami! The staff is absolutely wonderful — so friendly and welcoming. The room was amazing! I really enjoyed my stay!
