“Not the Experience We Expected”

Great location. However, we were disappointed with our room. The tiny window looked directly onto the hotel’s trash bins and back area. When we asked the staff, they said the room was assigned randomly, even though we had booked four months in advance. The bathroom was not very clean, with hair on the floor and around the toilet. The room was very small and felt cramped. It was also very noisy—we could hear even small footsteps and noises from outside the room. The prices were very expensive for what was offered. Overall, the location was great, but the room, cleanliness, noise, and value for money did not meet our expectations.

“Excellent location and comfortable room”

The location was excellent. It was walking distance to the Colosseo and there were many reasonably priced restaurants and convenience stores close by. The hotel was also excellent. The rooms were comfortable and the bathrooms were great. I liked that they gave us two keys so we could keep the air conditioning going and let the electronic devices charge while we were out. The rooftop pool had a view of the Colosseo too. The rooftop bar was fun and the staff were nice and accommodating.

The only minor complaint was that the bathroom door closed automatically, so I could not prop it open to vent the bathroom after showering.
