The location however is on a big trafficked way Nespresso coffee machine in the room

The property is supposed to be 4* But in fact it is more a 2/3* hotel The building is old, bathrooms very old fashioned, carpets are dirty… honestly need to be completely renovated !!!

Good afternoon , I stayed at the hotel from 08/24/26-08/26/26 , at the reception the staff asked for a deposit of 100€ in cash, refused to make a deposit, there are witnesses, I stayed with my wife and child, the deposit was said to be refunded immediately upon check-out, as a result we move in and the manager of the hotel or shift says that the refund of the deposit will take several days ( 2-3 day ) , which caused surprise and deception on the part of the staff , please return my money promptly , and conduct a conversation with the management of the hotel chain with their staff so that they would not cheat , the hotel is old , the rooms are dirty , there was no cleaning . Добрый день , проживал в отеле с 24.08.26-26.08.26 , на ресепшене персонал попросил депозит 100€ безналом , от налички внести депозит отказал есть свидетели , я останавливался с женой и ребенком , депозит сказали вернут сразу при выселении , в итоге мы вселяемся и менеджер отеля или смены говорит что возврат депозита займет несколько дней ( 2-3 дня ) , от чего возникло удивление и обман со стороны персонала , просьба вернуть оперативно мои деньги , и провести руководству сети отелей беседу со своим персоналом что бы они не обманывали , отель старый , в номерах грязно , уборки не было .
