Excellent location. Good facilities. Good concierge staff.
Lots of compulsory hidden extras to pay at check out that were not sufficiently explained at check in and were anything but transparent on the final bill. We paid nearly £200 more than our Booking.com quote because of a variety of extra charges. Plus the reception staff were unhelpful and failed to adequately explain the extra charges at check in or check out. Plus the family room for 4 was rather snug for 4 people. Hardly any space to store luggage.
