The location was convenient, and the staff did respond when we raised our concerns. The owner also spoke with us and initially tried to offer a solution.

The room was very disappointing compared with what we expected from the Booking.com listing. We had concerns about cleanliness, the room felt extremely small, and we complained immediately. The hotel offered us a refund if we left, but because I was traveling with my 84-year-old mother after a long journey, moving to another hotel would have been very difficult. We stayed after the owner promised us a better room, but the replacement was another tiny room with three twin beds and was not the improvement we had been promised.
