“Good place, interesting staff”

The location was extremely convenient, as the metro was right outside the main door. The breakfast was very nice with plenty to choose from. The bed was super comfortable and AC was available. The bathroom was very comfortable and the decoration in the hotel was pleasant.

Not sure I was fond of the staff as they "looked" too busy to attend to us or the way the handled questions.

I really like the location. The hotel is very close to the metro, restaurants, shopping, etc.

During my eight-day stay at the Luzeiros Suites Hotel, I was highly dissatisfied because the air conditioning was not working. My room was uncomfortably hot. When I called the reception, an employee advised me to use the hand fan provided in my room. Furthermore, when I asked to speak to the hotel manager, I was told they were not on-site. The staff promised to leave a message, but no one ever contacted me.

Tudo correu bem desde o check in ao check out. Recepção muito atenciosa e prestativa e pequeno almoço a foi pago no dia eh um pequeno almoço muito bom

A parte de bar poderia ter um português ou os funcionários faltem um pouco mais português e é talvez um pouco mais atentos as mesas exteriores de resto perfeito
