How do you combine a city with a two-thousand-year history and modern comfort? You will find the answer in this stunning apartment. The soul of Palma — the Cathedral and the Almudaina Palace — is just a 5-minute leisurely stroll away. But even just stepping outside, you find yourself on narrow streets where your imagination pictures scenes from historical movies. About the loft itself: it is a spacious and very comfortable apartment with high ceilings. We absolutely loved the layout: a separate bedroom with a large, cozy bed, an additional room, a welcoming hallway, and a spacious main living area connected to a fully equipped kitchen. The interior deserves a special mention! Without unnecessary luxury, it is incredibly stylish: a harmonious blend of modern design and beautifully preserved historical elements like wooden ceiling beams. Vintage details such as antique chests of drawers, mirrors, and shelving units add a unique charm to the place. The apartment has absolutely everything you need for comfort: air conditioners, both a dining and a coffee table, and all the necessary kitchenware. The absolute highlight was the authentic little balcony overlooking a cozy interior patio, with restaurant tables on the ground floor below — it creates an indescribable atmosphere! Communication with the host was excellent and very pleasant. We are absolutely thrilled and will definitely be back!

It’s large and spacious and located right in the centre of the old city. Waterfront, cafes, restaurants, the cathedral all close at hand. Clean, well furnished, it had everything we needed. Inx easy to follow. A great find.

El baño requiere una puesta al día. Hay un problema de olores que, aunque la propiedad lo solucionó cuando se le pidió, reapareció al día siguiente. La comodidad de la cama deja que desear, modelo básico de Ikea.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr zentral, umliegend gibt es viele Bars, Restaurants und Shoppingmöglichkeiten. Das Appartment ist großzügig geschnitten, gut und funktional ausgestattet und gemütlich eingerichtet.
