“Great riverside location, functional apartment”

A very positive stay at this property, in a truly excellent location: right on the riverside, next to the Millennium Bridge and facing the Globe Theatre, super convenient for getting around by tube, bus, boat, or train. We booked a Locke Studio, clean and well-equipped: a kitchen with the essentials for cooking, a dishwasher, and a washer/dryer (one capsule is provided for the washing machine and two for the dishwasher). Staff were very polite and helpful: we arrived an hour early and, since the room was already ready, they let us check in right away; at departure, they allowed us to leave our luggage in storage without any issues. Rooms are cleaned once a week, on Mondays: during cleaning they change the sheets and towels and restock the toilet paper. There are two supermarkets nearby: I'd recommend Mainrose, even though it's a bit further away, keeping in mind it's closed on Saturdays and Sundays (the other supermarket is only closed on Saturdays). The property also has its own bar and restaurant, with a 24-hour in-room pizza service. Each room has its own wifi, and the property's website has all the useful information, including the appliance manuals. The only downside: few power outlets available (in the bathroom, only the one for a razor) and rather dim lighting, which can sometimes make it a bit inconvenient to cook or get ready to go out. In summary: great location, friendly staff, functional and clean apartment — the only things to improve are the power outlets and lighting.

La recensione sottostante è scritta in italiano e in inglese / The review below is written in Italian and English Italiano: Soggiorno molto positivo in questa struttura, in una posizione davvero eccellente: sul lungofiume, accanto al Millennium Bridge e di fronte al Globe Theatre, comodissima per muoversi con metro, autobus, battello e treno. Abbiamo prenotato un Locke Studio, pulito e ben attrezzato: cucina con l'essenziale per cucinare, lavastoviglie e lavatrice con asciugatrice (vengono fornite una capsula per la lavatrice e due per la lavastoviglie). Il personale è stato molto educato e disponibile: siamo arrivati con un'ora di anticipo e, trovando la stanza già pronta, ci hanno fatto entrare subito; alla partenza ci hanno permesso di lasciare i bagagli in custodia senza problemi. Le stanze vengono pulite una volta a settimana, il lunedì: durante la pulizia cambiano lenzuola e asciugamani e riforniscono la carta igienica. Nella zona ci sono due supermercati comodi: consiglio il Mainrose, anche se un po' più distante, tenendo però presente che è chiuso sabato e domenica (l'altro supermercato è chiuso solo il sabato). La struttura dispone inoltre di bar e ristorante interni, con servizio pizza in camera attivo 24 ore su 24. “Trendy, Chilled, Awesome bed!”

Stayed a few times before and never had a bad experience, staff are friendly and professional, overall experience of the hotel is great, trendy, modern and not over fussy which suits me perfectly. Rooms are great, love the styling and the space provided - not too big, but even the micro is very spacious and perfect for 1-2 nights stay. Beds are unsanely comfortable... great nights sleep! If you can book well in advance the prices are also very reasonable considering the location.
