Location and breakfast
This is definitely not a 4-star hotel! I have three children, and my wife is pregnant. Despite that, we were assigned a room on the fourth floor of a building with a broken elevator. Every day we were told it would be fixed, but it never was. The room still had food left behind by the previous guest, and it was never properly cleaned during our entire stay. The bathroom toilet was dirty, and the soap dispenser was empty. In short, I will never stay here again. It was a terrible experience. The only things that deserve praise are the location and the breakfast.
