Leonardo Hotel Milan City Center

“Overall this is a really good hotel and an exceptional value.”

The staff was extraordinarily helpful. The room was immaculate. The room size was smallish, but typical for a large city at the price charged. For two people it was fine. Everything looked new. The location looked very safe. It is in the Chinatown area so expect a lot of Chinese restaurants. There are many Italian choices in the area as well. The breakfast included a very broad selection of high quality choices. It was an easy 40 minute walk to the Duomo. I wanted something convenient without staying in the Duomo area with all its tourist confusion and high prices. I think most visitors will only go to the Duomo once during their stay. You can take the MXP Express train to get between the hotel and MXP airport (15 Euro each way every half hour). Milano Porta Garibaldi station is the closest to the hotel. I walked it with my bags in 20 minutes or take an Uber taxi for about $15 Euro. I highly recommend the Leonardo!

For the price I can't think of anything I didn't like. One English TV channel would have been nice, but not essential.

Everything, location near China town. The room, the staff. Cleaning service is excellent. Breakfast is superb.

Unsere Katze konnte ohne Probleme im Zimmer bleiben. Die Lounge und auch generell das gesamte Hotel haben einen unglaublich beruhigenden Charakter. Sich unten mal hinzusetzen fühlte sich sehr natürlich und ungezwungen an. Das Frühstücksperonal wie auch die Reinigungskraft waren sehr humorvoll und aufgeschlossen, wir hatten eine schöne Zeit mit den Leuten zu interagieren.

Viele des Personals waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, dennoch gab es einige die uns nicht ausreichend geholfen haben und erst nach wiederholtem Fragen unsere Fragen beantwortet haben. Die Lage ist leider etwas außerhalb der Stadtmitte was aber natürlich weniger Kosten heißt, da wir zur Zone C zu Fuß gehen konnten. Die Gegend ist nicht die schönste, trotzdem schien es sicher genug zu sein.
