Location on the doorstep of Aldgate station was perfect, we left our bags early in the day, staff attentive, kind and efficient . Check in ...one of our rooms wasn't quite ready, we were taken into the restaurant a glass of Prosecco offered and within minutes the room was ready! Rooms perfect , clean and a great view of the skyline including the iconic Gherkin. A great experience from reception to security staff only to be expected as I usually choose Leonardo all over the Uk . Only negative stay wasn't longer !!

The property was very nice. It is a lovely location and a very clean property. I loved the view. Overall a great place to stay at London.

Kedves személyzet, Donile a recepción nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt. Előbb érkeztünk a szállásra csak a táskáinkat szerettük volna letenni de el is foglalhattuk a szobánkat ami nagy könnyebbséget jelentett. A kilátásunk a szobából tökéletes volt. A hotel a központban volt, tower bridge 10 perc séta, metrómegálló közvetlen a hotel mellett. Mindennel megvagyunk elégedve, legközelebb ezt a hotelt fogjuk választani.
