“barcelona as a city is not a touristic place.lots of road construction.strike for 4 hours at airport till ee receivecour”

I requested checkout to be 1300 hours and was not granted.I paid the Hotel 60 euros in cash as a deposit to be returned at check out .sadly they deducted 23euros out of the 60 euros as a city tax and gave me the rest.
