La Zebra Tulum, a Small Luxury Hotel

Beautiful setting

Just the seaweed but that’s a Mother Nature problem. Not a hotel problem.

Food , staff , location.

We can in non seasonal time with lots of seaweeds , rooms are not that spacious, otherwise everything is good

Ruimte kamer was top

Tijdens ons verblijf was het hotel 80% leeg. Jammer dat wij een kamer aan de straatzijde kregen ipv met uitzicht op het strand. Tijdens check in werd ons verteld over de vele sargassum waar het hotel uiteraard niets aan kan doen maar ons werd verteld dat het hotel met man en macht er alles aan doet om het weg te halen. Echter de dagen dat wij er waren was er maar 1 middag 1 iemand sargassum aan het opruimen. Verder was er zonder overleg met ons plots een concierge aan het werk op ons terras. Einde ochtend plus hele middag is hij bezig geweest met renovatie op het terras. Wij konden hierdoor geen gebruik maken van ons terras.

Great location. Walking distance to some great restaurants. The staff is really nice. Great room size and the plunge pools are great.

The smoke detector alarm kept going off in the middle of our last night.
