I love the convenience that everything was within walking distance, and the breakfast at the hotel was great. I'll definitely be going back next year.

How to turn on the hot water in the shower was very confusing; other than that, it was fine.

Breakfast is included, and they also have coffee and cookies at the lobby. Convenient proximity to Times Square and the Javits Center.

Housekeeping entered my room during the day despite me hanging the Do Not Disturb sign on the doorknob. Fortunately, I didn't lose anything and they only changed the sheets, which I didn't think I needed, hence the Do Not Disturb sign.
