“A simple and overpriced hotel”

A basic room with AC. The staff are friendly, especially Julieta.:)

I would not recommend visiting this beach area during the summer, as the sea conditions make swimming impossible. The hotel is significantly overpriced; you would be much better off staying in the city center for half the cost. Additionally, there was a persistent cleanliness issue, with cockroaches appearing in my room few times during my staying.

“Horrible”

I had to book this hotel again as they did not answer any of my original emails. When we arrived, they did not have a balcony room which I had booked. The AC in the room did not work and the bed was rock hard. The bugs were so bad that we could not spend time on the beach so we left and purchase time at another hotel. I would like my money back.

AC was not working. Beach was not accessible. I booked twice and the manager would not refund my money. And then the day we left there was no one in the office so we finally just left without talking to anybody.

“Super”

L’environnement, la maison pour 4 spacieuse et tout près de la plage. La possibilité d’aller gratuitement dans la piscine de l’hôtel d’à côté à cause des sargasses présentes sur la plage. La gentillesse du personnel.

Climatisation défaillante le 1er jour. Mais compensé par le gentillesse du personnel qui nous a prêté des ventilateurs le temps de la réparation.
